"That's actually a great compliment"
Trisha Goddard was the latest celebrity to exit the Big Brother house following the latest public vote, after being nominated alongside Jack P Shepherd and Patsy Palmer.
Housemates gathered round the sofa to hear that Trisha had received the lowest number of votes and was therefore being evicted. Bidding farewell to her fellow housemates, Trisha said it was "what I expected" before hugging and kissing everyone goodbye and making her way to the front door.
Leaving the house to cheers, Trisha was greeted by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best who asked her how she was feeling. "Kinda sad," she admitted. "A bit sad, I can't lie."
In a sit-down chat with AJ and Will following her exit, Trisha was shown a video clip of who nominated her earlier on in the week.
Reacting to Chesney Hawkes calling conversations with her a bit like being on the "Trisha show", she joked: "That's actually a great compliment."
Trisha added that she wasn't surprised about who had nominated her: "We all said we were scratching around in the dirt to say something negative about each other. We really got on."
The TV presenter and former talk show host has continued to received treatment for her terminal stage 4 breast cancer while in the house, having revealed her diagnosis publicly last year.
"I did talk about cancer because I had to, like why I've got my own bedroom and things like that," she said. "And it is part of my life, as it is for 3.4 million Brits."
"It was just a break from having to think about it. I mean heavy subjects came up now and again but it was just a break."
Overall, Trisha summed up her experience as "fantastic" and wasn't shocked that she had been the one to leave the house during tonight's eviction.
"When I realised who I was nominated with, I thought Corrie and EastEnders (soaps starring both Jack and Patsy), I haven't got a hope in hell, so while I really hoped that I wouldn't come out of the house, I was kind of ready for it."
Trisha is the second celebrity to be evicted from the 2025 series, with Tory politician Michael Fabricant leaving during last week's live eviction. Actor Mickey Rourke was then removed from the Big Brother house a day after Michael's exit for inappropriate behaviour.
Earlier in tonight's episode, viewers saw JoJo and Chris punished by Big Brother for a rule break - with it marking the latter's second rule break in 24 hours.
The two housemates were caught writing secret messages on each other's hands during the early hours of the morning.
Big Brother revealed the rule break in an announcement to the whole house and handed the pair some megaphones, in which they had to talk through going forward as part of their punishment.
"That's not a punishment, that's a punishment for us," Daley said, while a disgruntled Donna told Chris: "Cos you're talking through a megaphone you don't have to shout too."
Seeking revenge on the two for their actions, Danny, Jack, Angellica and Ella later found a bag of popcorn intended for JoJo in the food shop and tucked into it themselves.
