Alison Hammond to enter 'I'm A Celebrity'

Alison Hammond is due to enter the I'm A Celebrity jungle as the show's 13th contestant.



The This Morning presenter will enter the camp in an unconventional way, as two of the current Aussie residents will discover her as part of Friday night's Celebrity Chest challenge.

Hammond, who infamously broke a garden table by jumping on it during her appearance on 2002's Big Brother, has said that she hopes to lose a stone while living on jungle rations.

The 35-year-old said: "It’s not the best way to lose weight, but it would be great to lose a stone.

"I've been on a diet for the last six weeks and I have already lost a stone and a half, so if I can lose some more pounds, that will be fantastic. I can't wait to be smaller and I really hope I will then be able to keep the weight off!"

The bubbly Brumie added: "Being in the jungle will give me time to think about why I do overeat."
