Paul Burling and Christopher Stone have become the latest acts voted through to the Britain's Got Talent final.
Stone and Peridot were forced to face the judges after comic impressionist Burling won the public vote.
Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan, who slammed the dance troupe earlier in the show, voted to keep Stone in the competition.
Upon his narrow victory, the singing accountant said: "It's fantastic. That was more nervous than performing. I've got a lot more [for the final]."
On hearing their bad news, Peridot said: "Well, yeah it is. It's very disappointing. I'm a bit upset that we were compared to [Diversity]. We are unique, we do our own style."
Also leaving the competition are Chloe Hickinbottom, The Arrangement, Phillip Grimmer, Starburst and Jimmy Forde.
Meanwhile, Burling said of his outright win: "It was absolutely amazing. I'm still in a little bit of shock to be honest, because I've had so much support from my family and friends."
Burling and Stone will join Spelbound, Tobias Mead, Tina & Chandi and Connected in Saturday's grand finale.
