Helen also praised her professional partner Aljaž: "You are an incredible partner, a great, great teacher and choreographer and more importantly, the most amazing man and friend anyone can ask for on Strictly."
Aljaž added: "I absolutely loved every single week. You amazed me with the level of your professionalism, with the level of commitment to every single dance and it was a pure joy."
Helen concluded by saying that she was rooting for all five couples left in the competition and can't pick a favourite: "There are five of them left now which makes them like the Spice Girls, and I couldn't pick just one of the Spice Girls which I liked the most!"
