'DOI' star Brianne has "lucky pants"

Kieron Richardson has revealed that Brianne Delcourt wears the same "lucky pants" every week on Dancing On Ice.

The 24-year-old Hollyoaks actor, who partners the professional Canadian skater, admitted that the duo have a series of unusual rituals on the reality show.

"Brianne wears the same underwear. Not every day, she washes them in the week. She just puts them on each Sunday. They are her lucky pants," said the soap star.

"Another thing is nail varnish. She wore some in the first show and hasn't taken it off since. The only thing is that it's all chipped now, so she's got bare nails. But I've told her she's not allowed to put any more on."

He also confessed to owning a lucky teddy bear, which Delcourt bought him after he injured his face on the ice.

"She makes me kiss it before each show and do three spins with it. Why? I don't know. But that's brought me good luck," he added.

Richardson will compete against Gary Lucy and Hayley Tamaddon in Sunday's Dancing On Ice final, which airs at 7.45pm on ITV1.
