Felicity Jackson became the fourth candidate to be fired by Lord Sugar after leading her team to a loss on tonight's Apprentice.

The multi-millionaire boss accused the Londoner of "losing the plot" and failing to grasp the most important details involved in the challenge. After the firing, Jackson didn't shake hands with her rivals following a frosty and heated boardroom debate.

Sugar challenged the remaining applicants this week to start their own beauty treatment enterprises. Jackson's Team Logic struggled from the start after they failed to secure the fake tan product that they wanted.

Nick Hewer was very vocal in his criticism of the team's tactics as they spent the majority of their time selling cheap items rather than the money-making massage procedures and hair treatments.

When the final results came in, Jackson's Logic ended up with a loss of £247 compared to Team Venture's marginal profit of £203.

Natasha Scribbins quickly jumped in to blame her project manager for the team's defeat, telling Sugar: "There was no sales process implemented. Nobody identified when we sold a treatment on the floor, how it was going to process through to the treatment room."

Jackson brought Scribbins and Ellie Reed back in the boardroom, but Sugar didn't see a reason to blame anyone other than the project manager for the loss.

"This was a disastrous task and a lot of decisions weren't really made. For that reason, Felicity - you're fired!" he said.

Speaking in the black cab home, Jackson said: "As soon as I brought those two back in, they stabbed me in the back and just said I was a bad project manager, which is completely going against what they had just said minutes before."

The Apprentice continues next Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One.
