Quite correct Dutchman. The ink pads dry up in time. Amazon sell kits to clean the pads, cheap as chips, works well and very easy to use.

That is the result of having a totally heartless government. Those who will have that £70 stolen from them will also have to pay for their TV license.

Banks push these cards onto people who have no idea about handling money. These cards should be called Debt Cards then perhaps folk would think twice before applying for one.
